Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 April 2026
These are the terms for using blucurrent.tech and the Find the Static diagnostic. By using either, you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose.
1. Who you're agreeing with
The site and the diagnostic are operated by Brendan Campbell, trading as BluCurrent (ABN 66 254 813 200), based in Melbourne, Victoria. In these terms "we", "us", and "BluCurrent" mean the same thing. "You" means the person using the site.
2. The diagnostic is informational only
The diagnosis is generated by a language model on the basis of the short description you provide. It does not see your books, your contracts, your team, or your software. The numbers are estimates expressed as ranges, drawn from common patterns in similar businesses. They are not a forecast, an audit, or a guarantee.
Before acting on anything in the diagnosis, talk to a qualified professional in the relevant field (your accountant, your lawyer, your industry's regulator, or us under a written engagement).
3. Your input
When you use the diagnostic, you confirm that:
- The information you enter is yours to share, or you have the right to share it;
- You will not enter sensitive information (health, financial account numbers, government identifiers, racial or political information about anyone);
- You will not enter the personal information of someone else without their consent;
- You will not use the diagnostic to test prompts, scrape outputs, or extract our system instructions.
4. Our diagnosis
The wording, structure, and ranges in the diagnosis we send back are generated for you. You are free to use the diagnosis you receive — read it, save it, share it with your team or your advisor, act on it, ignore it. That's why it's there.
What you can't do is repackage it as your own work product, sell it, or use it to train another model. The underlying engine — the prompt, the schema, the methodology — stays ours.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site as a normal visitor. Don't:
- Run automated scripts, scrapers, or bots against the diagnostic;
- Submit prompts designed to extract our system prompt, jailbreak the model, or generate illegal output;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source of the diagnostic engine;
- Use the site in any way that breaches Australian law.
We can suspend access — temporarily or permanently — for anyone who breaches these rules.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we do so to the maximum extent permitted.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for anything connected with the site or the free diagnostic — whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to AUD $100. The diagnostic is provided to you free of charge, and that limit reflects the nature of a free informational tool.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss — including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption — arising from your use of the site or any decision you make based on the diagnosis.
7. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to third parties (for example, our calendar provider for booking calls). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control them and we are not responsible for them.
8. Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you agree to the practices described there.
9. Changes to the site or these terms
We can change, pause, or remove the site or the diagnostic at any time without notice. We can also update these terms; the version posted here at the time you use the site is the version that applies. If we make a material change we will update the "last updated" date at the top.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Victoria, and you and we both submit to their jurisdiction.
11. Disputes — talk to us first
If something isn't right, email us at hello@blucurrent.tech before doing anything formal. We will respond within 5 business days and try to resolve it directly. Most things get sorted that way.
12. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
